Our trainers and mentors ensure that your child gets a phenomenal experience and learning at our experiential lab. As our lab can accommodate limited space, we are unable to offer our services to someone else. Thus, booking once made, cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

The 10xTechClub team believes that every student who gets the club ticket should get complete value from the courses they’ve enrolled for.

Rescheduling:

  • Our batches happen in a group of 5-12 students. If enrolment in a class does not reach a minimum threshold, we may contact you to reschedule your child to another batch, in order to achieve a superior learning experience and group engagement.

  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.

  • In case in between the course if a student wants to reschedule, s/he can discuss with the trainer.

Cancellation:

  • In case of batch cancellation by 10xTechClub due to unavoidable circumstances, we will arrange an alternate batch option to complete the course.

Refund:

  • If due to any reasons, your child cannot continue the classes, we ensure you a refund on Pro-rata basis.

  • For any refunds, 10xTechClub will take 2 business days

Digital Products:

  • Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")
  • We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
